About me…

This is about my journey, discovering I was diabetic and learning how to live with diabetes and various other auto immune disorders that followed!

I hope to help other people who may have to face similar challenges, showing them you can still control your life no matter what.

The most important lesson I have learnt is I AM  in charge of my own body , and although Doctors know best when it comes to diagnoses..its still up to me to control it..and not allow it to control me.
